Background

After a year’s postponement owing to the constraints of the COVID-19, the Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers (CCEM) returned in 2022 with an in-person event hosted in Nairobi, Kenya.

contribution

  • Built the chatbot using Open-Source Libraries which was compatible with Whatsapp and Telegram
  • Delivered the chatbot to the CCEM organising team
  • Trialled and deployed the chatbot and monitored engagement throughout the conference.
