Enno Winkler

Consultant

Until recently, Dr med. Enno Winkler was a member of the Medical Service of the German Federal Foreign Office (Medizinischen Dienstes des Auswärtigen Amts, Deutschland). He was stationed in Africa for many years in all three African regions (stationed in Senegal, Kenya and South Africa). Dr Winkler is particularly involved in medical education and training; he has recently been awarded the Ernst von Bergmann badge of the German Medical Association for merit in continuing medical education. At Open Development & Education, Enno supports projects in health and health education, including education for nurses and medical officers.
