Tom Blower

Operations Analyst

Tom comes from a background in project management, operations support, and business development. Previously he has worked for Mott MacDonald, providing support to a portfolio of large-scale donor-funded international education programmes across sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, including as Project Manager of the DFID-funded Education Programme for Results in Tanzania. He has also worked on sustainable micro-investment in rural East African secondary schools as a volunteer with Education Partnerships Africa. He holds an MSc in International Humanitarian Affairs from the University of York.
